H-Type® with V-Tips

The original H-Type® with V-Tips has been a proven as an efficient precleaner for over 20 years in material handling applications such as coal, iron ore, bauxite, and hard rock mining with vulcanized belts.

The Flexco Mineline® endorsement means it's proven in heavy-tonnage applications that test the strength and durability of your conveyor system.

  • Temperature Rating: -30°F to 180°F (-35°C to 82°C)
  • Usable Blade Wear Length: 3/8" (9 mm)
  • Blade Material: Long Life Tungsten Carbide (for vulcanized belts only)
  • Pole Diameter: 2-7/8" (73 mm)
  • Belt Widths: 18" to 72" (450 to 1800 mm)
 

Installation

  • Pole length: Cleaner size + 48" (1200 mm)
  • Horizontal clearance required: 7" (175 mm)
  • Vertical clearance required: Determined by suspension arm size. See specification chart.
